About a year ago I convened a panel of a noted scientist and engineers with a PE degree and broadcast engineers.My background is building satellite uplinks and networks.

We were granted two provisional patents for our system to harden the national power grid.  Then we decided not to take time to try to sell the technology and instead we give it away free!  Over 3,800 power companies and people around the world have downloaded the PDF file at www.chuckharder.com  We hear that Siemens and others are modifying our technology so that they can manufacture it.  I have been in contact with them and others.

As there may not be time for all the parts to be made and installed worldwide I visualize another potential for saving the Earth from deadly solar flares.  Read on.

If you GOOGLE Transit Of Venus 1882 you will come up with sites that tell of the massive solar flares back then that melted much of Western Union the only technology at the time. The solar flares were recorded on 147 film negatives at an observatory that functioned back then.  You can find a quick- time movie of it at the above site areas.

Unless we protect the National Power Grid and Planet Earth a solar storm like 1874 or 1882 would kill us all as it would melt down the power grid of all nations.  Without electricity to power our technology we will die in 3 to 6 months according to estimates by THE US EMP COMMISSION and others.

The answer is to fight fire with fire.  If the USA, RUSSIA, China and French Ariane ready missiles with 2 to 5 kiloton warheads they could then fire them at the SUN when a flare
is spotted leaving the SUN and heading toward Earth.  The missiles would explode deep into space when they collide with the energy mass of the solar flare.  I can visualize how such explosions could diminish the flares so that what is left is handled by our magnetic shield and Ionosphere protection layers above our planet.  Without such a shield by the missiles we would all die.  I can see how such missiles
could be "parked" in outer space between Earth and the Sun.  Then could be activated by either discrete micro-wave transmissions from Earth or designed with a shaped charge like a V that would explode when the flare hit them.  I believe that will destroy or weaken the flares so as not to damage our planet.  Finally man has the ability to save Earth from such perils.  I can see where the USA, Russia, China and Ariane from France could work in harmony to establish several parked warheads. Without such a shield by the missiles we may all die.  I have done experiments with very, very high voltage plasma and find that there is good reason to have missiles with 2-5 kilotons and V shaped charges all PARKED deep into space between the Earth and the Sun.  With the appropriate trigger that is set off by the leading edge of the EMP the missiles would blast the flare and dissipate or neutralize it.  What little may be left would be handled by the Earth's normal magnetosphere.  Finally man has the ability to shield the Earth from killer flares like the TRANSIT OF VENUS Storm in 1882.
The USA. Arian, USSR and China could all cooperate in this emergency shield by parking the missiles as above.  These nations can work in harmony to save the planet.


Every 3,600 years the Earth is changed by some force.  Deep in the Siberia "Valley of Death"  Russian explorers found metal domed installations that sink below the permafrost when idle but they were told by natives that the "Caldrons" rise up and shoot beams at oncoming items that threaten the planet.
Local tribe population stated that they were activated at the time of the Tungusta Forest explosions in Siberia.  ANCIENT ALIENS documentary of ALIENS AND EVIL PLACES sent cameramen and explorers . .They have the footage which is seen in the last 20 minutes of the hour program.


Last, the other problem is that if IRAN decides to send a missile off a ship 12 miles off our coast and it explodes at 60 thousand feet above the Midwest - should that happen the US grid would go.  I have great concern as the USA took no action when the 9/11 hijacked jets went off their flight plan and some looped around for an hour prior to hitting the Pentagon and the Twin Towers.  Where were our defenses and particle beam weapons we hear of?  The reason I cannot understand this is that I am a high-time private pilot with thousands of hours in a Cessna 172 or Piper Cherokee.  I would check in with the radar centers and set my transponder to squawk the code given to me.  If I began to deviate from my flight plan for ten minutes I would get a call from the FAA center asking me why the deviation?  So, what happened on 9/11?  Would we detect and stop an Iranian EMP missile?

Sadly for Iran the USA submarines would launch nuclear warheads turning their country into a sheet of green glass.  Such happened to stop the Kamikaze fighters from Japan when we dropped the A-Bombs on Japan.  They learned they were not immune and their families would die.
Hitler remarked toward the end of World War Two that if he had known the production capacity of the USA to build and launch a ship a day and uncountable thousands of war planes and bombers - he would not have declared war on the USA.

According to those who study the Sun, late 2012 or early 2013 could see Solar Storms like the 1882 Transit of Venus Solar Flares.   With the above plans; Earth and our populations could survive well.  -30-
